Human traps are used on Chapek 9 to entice humans and trap them. They are designed much like primitive mouse traps and are thus probably intended to kill the victim. The robots of Chapek 9 use butter as bait in the traps. There are rarely any humans on Chapek 9, but, even if there were, Bender points out that butter is an ineffective bait, implying that a "low-calorie" bait would be superior. [1ACV05]
